Does anyone know how much it is? Show the price from the start otherwise we waist our time wanting
How much to buy?
Why is there a camera/CCTV in the living room? Is the space by the stairs the only space for a dinning table? Seems an odd space and small.
What if you want to.buy?
I think the pen she was actually supposed to be a place for the sunken fridge and the Real pantry should be by the laundry room and you probably got a move space for a mini gym there too

Very ordinary interior - no wow factor, the finishing inside looks quite cheap
Honestly, With KES 90 million, I'm not sharing a compound, neither I'm a sharing a swimming pool. Then the house itself, Ugly AF! Kenyas' real estate is joke.

In an era where everyone is going flat roof, high ceilings, too big living spaces, I must say that this house is thoughtfully done.
